Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to love every piece you receive from Vivia. If something isn't right, we make returns simple and completely free.

Our Returns Promise

  • 30-day free returns — no questions asked
  • Free collection — we arrange pickup from your door
  • Full refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days

Eligibility

Items are eligible for return if they are:

  • Returned within 30 days of the delivery date
  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In original condition with all tags attached
  • Free from perfume, make-up, or other marks

Items marked as Final Sale cannot be returned.

How to Return

  1. Email us at hello@vivia.style with your order number and reason for return
  2. We will send you a prepaid return label and arrange collection
  3. Pack the item securely and attach the label
  4. Hand to the courier or drop off at the designated point
  5. Once received and inspected, we'll process your refund within 5 business days

Exchanges

We currently process exchanges as a return + new order. Return your item for a full refund and place a new order for the size or colour you'd like.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please email us at hello@vivia.style within 48 hours of delivery with a photo. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Refund Timeline

Once we receive your return:

  • Inspection: 1–2 business days
  • Refund issued: within 5 business days of inspection
  • Credit to your account: 3–10 business days depending on your bank
