We want you to love every piece you receive from Vivia. If something isn't right, we make returns simple and completely free.
Our Returns Promise
- ✓ 30-day free returns — no questions asked
- ✓ Free collection — we arrange pickup from your door
- ✓ Full refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
Eligibility
Items are eligible for return if they are:
- Returned within 30 days of the delivery date
- Unworn and unwashed
- In original condition with all tags attached
- Free from perfume, make-up, or other marks
Items marked as Final Sale cannot be returned.
How to Return
- Email us at hello@vivia.style with your order number and reason for return
- We will send you a prepaid return label and arrange collection
- Pack the item securely and attach the label
- Hand to the courier or drop off at the designated point
- Once received and inspected, we'll process your refund within 5 business days
Exchanges
We currently process exchanges as a return + new order. Return your item for a full refund and place a new order for the size or colour you'd like.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please email us at hello@vivia.style within 48 hours of delivery with a photo. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Refund Timeline
Once we receive your return:
- Inspection: 1–2 business days
- Refund issued: within 5 business days of inspection
- Credit to your account: 3–10 business days depending on your bank
